Hired Great Plains early this spring to paint my entire house. The bid was not the cheapest but was very reasonable. They were booked for a few weeks but do not leave one house incomplete to start another. Waited a little longer due to a wet spring but when they started they were here until the job was done. Very professional from day one to completion. All work performed was spot on from prep to final walk around. All in all, it took 3 working days with the only delays being caused my spring weather. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous. During the final walk around nothing was overlooked. I would highly recommend Great Plains to anyon for worry free perfect house painting. Hats off to the paint crew. Those guys get the work done. They treated my wife like she is the true boss of the house like it should be! Thanks guys!

Great Plains Painting did the entire exterior painting of our house along with trim and accents. Everyone we worked with including the crew was great. Quality was spectacular, crew was professional and they were very reasonably priced. They were actually the lowest of 5 bids. We were able to be scheduled quickly, communication was great with regards to when people would be out to the house and it was just an overall wonderful experience. I would recommend Great Plains Painting to anyone looking for an exterior paint job.

Stetson, Miguel, and their team did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our house and fixing the wood rot we had. Their team was very knowledgeable, kept me well informed of their progress, discussed alternative solutions thoroughly with me when a problem arose (had to do with the type of siding we had previously - not a problem anyone caused), and got the job done quickly due to the size of his awesome team. I was very impressed with Great Plains Painting and will definitely be calling them again in the future.

It is important to know that for a typical two story home in Missouri/Kansas can vary greatly in price depending on the materials being used, the level of prep work required, and complexity of the job. This is why we do a detailed written estimate, to confirm you are getting exactly what you want, and we can provide multiple options you can compare side by side.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Estimate with Stephanie at your home 2. Once you've decided to work with us you'll sign the contract, finalize details and start choosing colors 3. Ryan (owner/project manager) will give you a start date time frame and keep you updated 4. TIME TO PAINT 5. Final walk-around with Ryan or crew leader, touchups and completion 6. Congrats! Your home looks great!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our painting crews have been painting in KC for over a decade and are very talented. We also have excellent carpenters on both the crews so we can take care of any wood repairs.
