The technician was on time and let me know when he was on the way. He was professional and personable. He worked with us on pricing due to some issues with not being able to repair our microwave. He did a great job fixing the ice machine in our Samsung fridge and installed a new microwave we purchased.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Alexis originally came out promptly to diagnose the problem with my microwave. A week later on the 2nd I reached out to move forward with repair and was told Jaron would be taking the call from there. Since December 2nd I have called and texted countless times and been told two times that Jaron would be out to fix it then have zero follow up. I continue to reach out with no follow up and a broken microwave over the holidays. Paying a $65 fee for diagnostics makes sense when it goes toward the price of the repair, but at this point I just paid $65 to be told that my microwave needs a new part and then crickets for 21 days. I really don’t want to have to go to another company to just pay more money for the same diagnosis. I have attached pictures of the communication I have had with both Alexis and Jaron, being very patient and kind. They blocked my number after calling them today, and after calling from my boyfriend’s phone Jaron immediately picked up. He hung up as soon as I said my name. Super Frustrating that people can be so money hungry, especially during the holidays. I want this to be known so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Do not use this company.
