- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a quick phone call to learn about your project and make sure we're the right fit. From there, we'll schedule a site visit to assess the property, take measurements, and gather the details needed to prepare an accurate estimate. You'll then receive a detailed bid with a clear scope of work that outlines exactly what will be completed. We'll review any questions or revisions with you, and once everything is approved, we'll schedule the project and keep you informed throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings over 15 years of hands-on renovation experience and has successfully completed more than 1,000 residential renovation and repair projects. Our Rehab Manager holds a professional contractor's license, and our team includes experienced professionals across multiple trades. Rather than relying solely on certifications, we've built our reputation through years of delivering quality work, solving complex renovation challenges, and maintaining high standards on every project.
