Michael created 3 excellent meals a day for a week long Tai Chi intensive this summer. Each dish was healthful and delicious. Michael is outgoing and works to make sure each diner is happy, with 2nds or with a substitution when dietary restrictions require it. I plan to hire him for a dinner party soon.

I worked alongside Michael at Shadowcliff Lodge in Grand Lake, Colorado for two months in the summer of 2014. What impressed me about Chef was the way he went above and beyond to meet and greet lodging guests, accommodate guests and staff, and share techniques that only enhanced the kitchen duty experience.

We have a group of 5 people & Chef Michael comes to our houses and teaches us (hands on) to cook meals that we have selected. He emails us the menu and facts/information about our next session. The food we make is AMAZING and he makes cooking great food easy. We have a great time and he is very personable and willing to answer all our questions. I love cooking classes with Chef Michael. The prices are great too!
