Introduction: I do general maintenance and repairs on electrics. I am also able to run circuits. I do repairs on heating and cooling units. I also do repairs on plumbing, and I also unclog drains. I can do painting both out and in. I repair sheetrock, repair and install faucets, repair and install toilets, repair and replace lighting fixtures. I replace old outlets and switches and sinks, run new telephone outlets and cable from inside the house to other areas inside. I can do other small general handyman duties. I charge $65.00 per hour. Discounts to disabled and seniors are available.
