- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers like working with companies they like and like the products they offer. We generally try to get customers to visit the Showroom so they can see and feel the quality of our cabinets and see the many styles to choose from. Internet quotes are less intimidating and faster but can't be the deciding factor when buying kitchen cabinets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between Natalie and myself we have almost 50 years of experience dealing with kitchen cabinets and design. We have attended training for cabinet design and layout and are always getting updates from our various cabinet manufactures.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a variety of customer who have varied budgets for their projects. Primarily focused on Kitchen and Bath Remodeling projects- we have house flippers who are very conscience of price and deal with high end remodeling clients. We have products that fit the needs of the style and budget of each project.
