I developed this attribute over the years by having a combination of experience in business development, real estate development, recruitment, and sales. I’m an active MO licensed real estate broker, I have had the opportunity to assist and represent buyers and sellers from all around the Kansas City metropolitan area. I specialize in contract negotiation and compliance, property management, single and multi-family residences for tax credit, and Section 8 housing. I also have experience in residential and commercial construction development with a strong involvement in land acquisition, site development, and strategic planning in areas of community and economic development.
