- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on square footage, tile, complexity, and pattern. For example, a herringbone pattern costs more than a stacked layout due to the time and skill required. Demo and trash removal are included in the bid price, and I will not add unknown add-on prices after job completion. I also offer an all-cash discount of $50–$200, depending on project size.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently on five years at Kenny's Tile, I work on multi-million dollar custom homes, installing tens of thousands of square feet of unique porcelain and ceramic tile. That experience ensures every project gets the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

I do tile work for everyone—from homeowners with no experience to builders with 40+ years in the industry. No matter their background, they all get the highest quality craftsmanship.
