I have known and worked with Ken as my personal trainer for several years. He is one of the best in the Greater KC area. He cares most about helping his clients achieve their fitness goals in a respectful and motivating way. I have had personal trainers in the past that pushed me in unrealistic pursuit of their own goals. Ken's focus is always on your goal and making sure that you keep up with it. I would highly recommend him for those that are just wanting to start exercising and those that have goals they want to pursue.

I just had my first training session with Sarah. It was incredible. She really listens and understands. As someone who suffers from muscle and nerve pain every day due to fibromyalgia, I was concerned that a personal trainer would push my body too much and I would be struggling for a week after. Sarah has put my body at ease. She worked me enough that I feel a burn but my body isn't in agony. I am so happy to have found Sarah and I look forward to many, many more sessions with her! I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone!

I made the right decision to have him as a trainer. My husband and I both train with him. I always had personal trainers in the past but he is one of the best I have had!

I was very nervous when I started looking for a personal trainer. I've struggled with weight my whole life and was definitely in need of a change. James has been absolutely amazing! I'm over half-way through my 16wk program and cannot believe it. James is so motivating and really knows how to get you involved so you WANT to make the right choices even when he's not there telling you what to buy when you're at the grocery store and have a craving for Oreos or something. I highly recommend James for anyone out there who is looking for someone to help get them started on changing their lifestyle for the better. You can't find a better trainer/coach.

What I like best about Ted Owens is that he is smart, well educated, and funny. I picked Ted nearly a year ago to be part of a “team of experts” I was then assembling to REMAKE myself at age sixty-eight. I had packed on too many pounds, let my joints get stiff because of arthritis, and neglected both diet and exercise for over a decade. For several months I had also suffered a mysterious pain that limited movement in one arm and shoulder—a pain that even my orthopedic surgeon seemed unable to diagnose, let alone to fix. Ted has been very successful in motivating me to move again. We began slowly by repairing and strengthening my too long unchallenged muscles. Because of his multiple degrees and certifications, Ted simply knows more about the human body and how it works than do most folks who call themselves “trainers.” He is constantly able to adjust workouts to meet the needs and limitations of each client, whether that person is twenty or seventy. If one exercise hurts too much, he’s always got another in mind that does not hurt but will accomplish the same end. It took a while, but the pain in my arm went away altogether. Not only that, my knee joints are now both stronger and more flexible than they have been in years. I no longer choose to “sit out” of family activities. In fact, I astounded my grown children last fall by joining them on a three-mile hike into the woods (six miles round trip!!) while vacationing in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia. Rather than following, I set the pace and led all of the young adults up the trail and then quickly climbed to the top of a waterfall while they were busy playing with my grandchildren in the stream sixty feet below. I wasn’t even winded when we were caught in a sudden thunderstorm and ran most of the way back to our car. Want to feel twenty years younger, a great deal fitter, and much happier with yourself? Hire Ted.

I utilized the 8 Week Transformation program offered by Sarah's Limitless Fitness by Sara. I have always struggled to maintain a consistent diet and workout plan. With this program, Sarah was able to create a meal plan that fit my busy lifestyle. I currently travel 60% of the year, meaning I spend more than half of the year in a hotel room. Sarah was able to adjust my meal plan that accommodated this lifestyle, and in addition, provided me with work out plans that I could either do in my hotel room or the gym the hotel provides. Within the first week I was eating healthier, down about 5 lbs and Sarah was right by my side encouraging me to keep pushing myself. She was honestly just as excited as I was which really brought a sense of accomplishment. Throughout my 8 Week Transformation program, Sarah pushed me to work hard, eat right, and also give myself a break or two. Because of this, I was able to drop 25 lbs in two months. This program is not just for 8 weeks, this transformation was for life. Sarah instills this kind of passion to change one's unhealthy habits and continue to live a healthier lifestyle. This kind of service is priceless and I will always be grateful for her time and generosity. I would recommend Sarah to anyone I do and do not know...truly she has her heart in the right place and will not disappoint. I am looking forward to Sarah and I's next milestone as trainer and trainee!

Dhruv was a great personal trainer that really trailered to your every need. He made sure I had the necessary steps to achieving my goals such as using apps and a creating a simple meal plan. He made sure that I understood what I was working on and also made sure I was doing the exercise right which is what everyone should want in a trainer. With his help I lost over 20 pounds and he has given me the confidence that I never had before. Dhruv is very easy to work with and wants to see his clients succeed! He worked with my crazy work schedule and made sure I made up any workout I missed. I would 100% recommend Dhruv to anyone who is looking to lose weight or tone their bodies. He himself went through a huge transformation so he knows/understands the commitment it takes to achieve goals and he makes sure that his client reaches them. Diane has been training with my husband and I for 4 months! We are in our early 50's and wanted to find someone that wasn't going to try and turn us into body builders, but help us get into shape and feel good about ourselves. She is the best trainer we've ever had and I couldn't be happier with her. She pushes us to work hard, but is always cautious if we have an ailment to ensure we aren't aggravating it. She is also working with us on better nutrition and food choices. She is down to earth, fun, caring and a joy to be around. I highly recommend Diane!
