- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally quote high, I’d rather end up charging you less once I provide the service than surprising you with an additional fee. I’ll do my best to give you an idea of part costs in my quote, but won’t be included in the number value (most problems are fixable without hardware).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask tons of questions! I try to have an idea of what the problem is before I show up to provide service. It saves both of us time and money.
