Keith, the owner of the company, does the cleanings himself and has cleaned my carpets several times and always done a great job. Several months ago, I had an appointment for a cleaning set up the same day my hot water heater leaked all over my basement, and Keith just happened to have a high-power fan in his van, which he let me use for several days and it saved my basement carpet.
