- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our up-front correspondence is done by email and phone to get all the pertinent information together to put into a contract, but we always ask to meet our clients on-site at their event location at least one week prior to their event. That way we can go over their vision of how they want their event to take place and figure out how we can best fit into their space. It also gives us a chance to meet them face-to-face, which is really the best part.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved photography and making people happy with my photos. When my wife and I were married, we had a photobooth at our reception. We loved how much fun it was and how so many great memories of our friends and family were captured on film for us to share and remember for a lifetime. I can't imagine anything more satisfying than making your experience the same for you.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do every type of event you can imagine, from weddings, birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvah's, quinceanera parties, christmas parties and other corporate events. Basically, if you are hosting a gathering of people, and want to provide them the most fun, we are the only choice in photobooth companies!
