Although I was thankful to get side of garage door repaired by installing new vinyl on the door frame, I was disappointed that the guy that did the install, installed the garage door opener, on the edge of the door frame, instead of in the middle where it was previously out of the weather (he needed supervision). The same guy came back (without supervision again) and placed the garage door opener where it should be, and the two holes that were left were filled with almond caulk, instead of white caulk. The manager that came back applied a lot of caulk, that left it tacky. The wind has been blowing constantly and blowing dust on this sticky caulk. I am currently trying to wipe off the excess caulk, and perhaps spray with a clear coating, to prevent any more dust from collecting. I don't want to ask for another re-do. I am thankful though that the Supervisor did do some extra work for me, by caulking two end areas on the brick front of the house, at no charge. However, for the price charged to re-do one side of the garage door frame, the job should have been perfect, with no re-dos.

This has been a terrible experience entirely. Do NOT use this company. Their work is shoddy and their work ethic is worse. They painted over rotted siding that they should have replaced, per the bid. They hung rotted siding instead of replacing it. Then, they told me they did the work to the manufacturer's specs. I have asked to speak to the owner, but the PM nor the Production Manager won't provide the contact info, and the website doesn't show it.

Here at WCC we take customer satisfaction seriously. In this situation communication was not ideal. We pride ourselves on always correcting our mistakes. In this situation we were able to come to a reconciliation with the customer. We are not always perfect but we will stand behind everything we do.
