- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is $25 for a 30 minute lesson. There is no charge for the first lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always begin assessing the vocal needs of the student. I do this my vocalizing the student up and down the scale to determine what is present in the voice that is working well and what is missing that needs to be addressed. I then develop a course of action specifically designed for that student.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
