Rose, Dr. Marchick, anything you want to call her...is nothing short of amazing! Last year I was seeking counseling due to relationship issues in addition to a recent loss of a parent. After visiting several counselors, their approach or personality was just not the right fit, and I wanted to give up altogether. My experience with counseling in the past has left me feeling sometimes more broken and I personally struggled with embarrassment for seeking counseling in the first place. After a quick chat on the phone with Rose, I immediately felt comfortable and couldn't wait to begin sessions! She is a no non-sense woman, and this type of personality brings out my true honest self. Her optimism and the way she frames other ways to look at issues, is truly what makes each session worth it. I feel like I bring home something special in my heart each time I leave. Sometimes it's something I learn about myself, and sometimes it's something I learn about others. I've recommended Dr. Rose to several people and you will too!

My name is Dawn, and I am an independently licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I can attest to the quality of Anne's graduate work both clinically and academically as we pursued this degree as cohorts in the same graduating class, and served together in the same clinical internship setting. Anne has had excellent training, and is competent in her understanding and use of multiple therapeutic modalities. She has a balanced approach to her work, well utilizing both empathy and counsel. She has a fun and engaging personality with a wit that promotes easy delivery of information even in challenging circumstances. She is competent with a wide range of clients from adolecence to late adulthood and collaborates with her clients to assist with a broad spectrum of life's needs and challenges. I have also known Anne as a personal friend and have seen how she has endured through many difficult life circumstances with strength and perseverance. I have seen the quality and strong ethic of her work. I have also seen her compassionate and engaging personality promote her to high levels of recognition in other work environments and fields of interest. All of this said, I would give Anne a strong recommendation. Her knowledge and skills will serve you well! Dawn G., MS, IMFT Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist

Angela is working with us with couples counseling as well as personal counseling. Angela we feel is very professional. She got to work immediately in the first visit. She took time to find out about us and our spirituality and religion then showed us how to use it to our benefit. She made us feel very comfortable and relaxed right from the start. We are so happy we've found her. I recommend her highly.

I have been counseling with Dr. Howard McFarland for some time now, individual and family counseling. He is knowledgeable and understanding to the many challenges I face not only as a believer in Christ but his approach is outstanding. I would recommend Dr. McFarland to anyone who is faced with fear, anxiety, depression, substance abuse or faith and just needs someone to talk to who does not judge you. He is without a doubt the best therapist I have ever worked with.

I hired Beth for some wellness counseling due to my chronic IBS and she really helped me make a plan of action - one that was reasonable and one that I could stick to. I learned a lot about myself as well. She has a lot of knowledge, learned from schooling and learned from experience, and she explains things well. She is also a true jack-of-all-wellness trades so be sure to find out what other services she offers.

Brenda Shriner tops the list of skilled and effective counselors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Brenda’s breadth of knowledge and many years of experience combined with her keen instincts give her a therapeutic edge, whether counseling for relationship issues or workplace challenges. I would recommend her to my own family.

Janelle is very easy to talk to. She was able to help me see that my goals were obtainable and that I could achieve them. I loved the fact that I was able to openly talk about God and not feel like I was being judged because of my beliefs.

To raise student’s academic performance. 3. To address the needs of parents and grandparents struggling with the problems of today’s youth.
