- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have minimal overhead, so we keep our prices down.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, we make initial contact thru text. Get the clients name, small job description, let customer know a little about us. Then we set appt. to look at job. We never take a job site unseen. We strive to make repeat clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been working in Carpentry and remodeling field since the early 90's. I've apprenticed with Furniture builders, worked with the ex-Amish and went to the STL Carpentry School
