A Positive Change Fitness works with people to not only lose weight but to help them become healthier and stronger. We work with a lot of clients that are in pain including the neck, back, knees and shoulders. We also offer posture correction through functional training. A Positive Change Fitness offers group personal training classes as well as one on one personal training. We tend to work with the 'older population' and you can really see a confidence start to blossom each week as they get better and more confident with the equipment and training. We especially like to see the transformation in both their body and mind. A healthy lifestyle change can affect all aspects of your life.

Dan has been my trainer for 3 years. He is incredibly knowledgeable about health and fitness. He has helped me improve my blood pressure, my weight, and my self confidence. I like the privacy and location of his facility. I highly recommend trying Dan at A Positive Change Fitness.

I have been going to Dan for personal training for about a year and a half. It is amazing to me what I have learned and continue to learn. I look forward to my training sessions three times a week with Dan. He has helped me with my posture, balance, correct form, knee problems, food and nutrition. I have lost weight, inches and I feel stronger and more positive about everything! Dan is always checking in with me on how I'm doing and how I'm feeling! His knowledge and understanding of training and exercise is phenomenal! If you're looking for an excellent trainer who knows his job and truly wants to help people reach their goals, he is the man!
