The protect was completely in a timely and professional and they cleaned up afterwards. However, the company is not very responsive to emails or texts. I reached out to them several times about a few discrepancies and ask, how could they rectified and I have yet to receive a response. Because of they have not responded, I’m going to have to pay another flooring company to fix the discrepancies that they did not address which is disappointing.
