Marcos was absolutely fantastic! Don't waste your time with other contractors, call Marcos! Contacted early morning for hardwood floor repair and installation a week before Christmas! It was not a problem most floor installers could tackle as it requires a level of expertise and experience in hardwood. In our kitchen the old boards in the middle of the room had to be removed and new boards patched in. I was so stressed out about having a disaster in our kitchen for Christmas. Marcos responded immediately and arrived an hour later for an estimate! They were then able to finish the job within a few hours! Kept the job site clean and were very professional! I can't stress enough how great they were! We have some backsplash and bathrooms that we will definitely be using Marcos for in the future!

Response was rapid to work request. In person quote, at my home was reasonable, and the job was completed in the same week, as the quote. Bruno was very responsive to our needs. He went above and beyond throughout the job. He and his crew moved our furniture, removed the carpet, prepared our concrete floors for LVP, installed LVP, swept up, put our furniture back in place, and took all of the empty boxes and old carpet with them. They were respectful, polite, and worked quickly to complete the flooring in our kitchen, bathroom and livingroom in one day. We highly recommend them. They did a great job, and we love our new flooring.

Best contractor we've worked with in 15 years of home ownership. No joke. These guys were courteous, punctual, and obviously experts. When unforeseen problems came up (they always do!) they went beyond the letter of our contract to make the project happen. We thought the super-competitive pricing might mean cutting corners elsewhere, but no--the whole experience was top-notch in every way. This is the crew you want to hire. [For context, they laid LVP throughout our two-story, and converted our carpeted stairs to hardwood.]

Marcos, Bruno, and their team are extremely professional, responsive, and efficient. They removed 2 rooms of carpet, leveled the floor, and installed new luxury vinyl planks all in the same day. We are very happy with our new floors. I would recommend them to anyone.
