Genuinely impressed with the response time, quality, and speed of work. Solo work mounting a 75 inch TV and a 43 inch TV. Requested service around 8am and had same day mounting at 2:30pm, work done by 3:15pm. Cleaned up as he went and provided a TVmount for the smaller TV. 10/10 would recommend!

The work was done with excellent attention to detail. I had purchased a mount that didn’t quite work for the location I wanted the Tvmounted and it was replaced with a bigger one at no extra charge. Work was finished in about 90 minutes for three TVs which was much appreciated!

Obi’s work was excellent and pro active in that I had wrong size cable covers and shorter cables purchased from Best Buy. He had everything that was needed. He completed a television installation started by Best Buy and also a second one. I will need him once again very soon. TY, Obi!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive prices and always willing to negotiate best prices. We do stock numerous supplies needed to do the work for the convenience of my clients at very competitive rates. Amazon price match. Look it up on Amazon and be sure to get same or even better. On top of our best competitive prices, we also offer discounts for multiple orders and for repeating customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting new customers and LISTENING to them to understand their needs. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times.
We realize that typically no two jobs are the same so we strive to get as much detail as possible from every potential job. We prefer to look at the property/project to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best end results for our customers. This allows us to give the best possible price to our customers and never have to add extra costs at the end.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both formal and informal education. Our lead/Founder has Maters Degree in Computer Information Systems Network Administration and various trainings over the years in every aspect of his jobs. We take no chances learning new tricks and skills to successfully tackle projects.
