Introduction: My name is Nikki Lyons and I’ve been teaching for 18 years. While teaching I discovered I love technology and I love helping others with technology. I decided to combine my love of teaching and love of technology and create The Techy Tutor. I charge $50 per hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically talk to the customer on the phone or via text to see what their needs are, set up an appointment and then go to their home. I am fully vaccinated and perfectly happy to wear a mask.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many professional development courses and have all of my Google certifications.
