This is the best pro I have ever worked with. Communication was excellent, prices fair, and results exceeded my expectations. He and his crew helped update several areas of my property and I will continue using his services in the future. My wife and I were happy with the finished product, even though we tend to be very particular about work done on our home. We hired Cardona R Construction to build two light wells for newly installed skylights. They were extremely responsive when we were ready to start and completed the project quickly, with minimal disruption to our daily routine. One company estimated five days for this job, but Cardona R finished in just a day and a half, which was impressive. The work was technically solid, though a few details weren’t as precise as we would have liked—some angles could have been cleaner, and the light well walls aren’t perfectly parallel to the skylight frame. That said, given the age of our 40-year-old home, some of this may be due to settling over time. Overall, we appreciated their speed, responsiveness, and professionalism, and we’re pleased with the result.
