The owner of the company personally responded to look at the project. The crew assigned worked diligently, completed the project in a timely manner, and left a clean worksite. When given our knockout list, the crew responded almost immediately and took care of the minor issues. The repairs look very nice.

We took a chance, never used thumbtack for any project in the past. I found this company as they responded to me quickly. Had a walkthrough to discuss my project within a few days….started on the project the very next week. We had a full demolition done…2 walls (one being load bearing) taken down, removed cabinets, drywall to “finish walls”, flooring throughout and electric. From the beginning to the end we were super pleased with the communication. The walkthrough gave us lots of insight on what to do and not do. Very knowledgeable owner and wonderful helpful crew! I would recommend them 100%. No project too big for these guys. As I said when they left…I can’t even believe this is my house!
FYI: pics that are attached are all of what I said were done. We have more to do but this was our phase one of the project (in other words we aren’t done yet 😂)

So we had Legendary Services do a number of different things at my mom‘s house. She is elderly, so I coordinated it all for her. They were extremely responsive, communicated very well and the work was done with attention to detail and in a very efficient manner. We would definitely hire them again! From the owner, Greg, to those that did the work and certainly the support team in the office, they were all A+!

Our pricing is based on the scope of work, materials needed, access, and project timeline. Smaller jobs may have a minimum service fee. Larger projects are quoted after a walkthrough so we can give you accurate pricing with no surprises. We offer discounts for bundled work, repeat clients, and investors or property managers with multiple properties. We are always upfront about costs before any work begins.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by reviewing your project details, photos, and goals. For larger or more complex jobs, we schedule a walkthrough or call to fully understand the scope. From there, we provide a clear quote with defined scope, timeline, and next steps. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, materials, and communication through to completion. Our goal is to make the process straightforward and stress-free from day one.
