At Red Fitness Lounge we specialize in Redefining Exercise while reaching our clients goals of weight loss, increased definition and lean muscle mass, flexibility and core training, nutrition and supplementation structure as well as close one on one personal training to ensure you are at operating at the highest optimal energy levels.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You must align with the trainer you hire, don't look at how much it costs, what the full benefits are at the gym, look at that trainer and talk with him or her. Personally, as the owner of Red Fitness Lounge, I have over 25 years of experience, and the majority of my client list has been with me consistently for 5, 10 and even 20+ years. In order to have this type of connection with our clients and our clients with us, we listen to your goals and needs and design this specific to you. If you have short term goals for a specific event, we have trainers that can do short term sessions, we have 30 minute and 1 hour sessions and will design something specific to you. We have a great array of trainers whom are designed to make you feel comfortable, work at your own pace, but will push you to ensure your staying true to your original reason for hiring us.
