My home feels brand new! Liez and her team did a wonderful job with the deep cleaning in our home and we could not be more happy. We have baby on the way and a dog that sheds. In addition there was dust everywhere and they got every inch of both. Thank you so much for your professionalism and honesty. My apartment sparkled!! Not only is Liez a sweet person, she’s professional, prompt and HONEST. I initially wanted to have a clean every month, but after my first deep clean she stated that every month wasn’t necessary, but rather every 2-3 months. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers who sign up for recurring cleans get 10% off their first maintenance clean . . First is to speak/ text to better understand their requirements and also explain what we offer. Next is to do a quote for the job and then sign a terms and policy agreement.
We like to Understand what the client would like to achieve from working with us. We ask about their priorities, likes and dislikes when it comes to taking care of their home .
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a clean and organized person . Since childhood , i cleaned, recleaned, organized and re-organized and then repeated that cycle . After graduating with my MBA in healthcare administration and working in a hospital , i realized I can extend the same level of hospitality and taking care of people directly in their homes… by cleaning , organizing and giving them a calm space to thrive in. Doctors orders !
