- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job requires unique attention, therefore resulting in different pricing. I am very reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is the best interest of my clients and myself to do a thorough walk though of their property to see what their expectations are. I want to be as clear as possible on everything that they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years in professional housekeeping experience. I have been a manager as well in the hospitality field, so I know very well how to treat my customers.
