Customers should hire me because I am infatuated with my gift. For the last 20 years of my life, I have been devoted to what I love to do! I have conditioned my team to love and be the best at what they do also. The money is a plus but actually caring about what you do and the people you do it for is the real prize. I have many years in running several housekeeping departments, it is where I Iearned the organizational aspect and thoroughness of cleaning. I started with cleaning rooms myself, so its really where I began to love the idea of how a clean place added to a persons well being. Ive also headed 3 environmental safety departments at SSM Rehab Bridgeton, Lake St Louis and Richmond Heights, here is where I Iearned about infection control, sanitation and disinfection. I am extremely knowledgeable at what I do and can't stress enough that I care about my clients satisfaction. This is not a typical company that hires anyone that need a job. My many references will agree that we are trustworthy, reasonable and we don't leave until you are happy with our product. JaNell set up a walkthrough prior to the cleaning date and was very thorough in discussing the work to be done. I have two dogs that shed all over, and I felt horrible about how bad my house looked when she arrived. She knocked it out of the park and my house smells and looks brand new! I have asked her to continue to maintain my house on an ongoing basis. Highly recommended!

Ja’Nell and Tommie cleaned my house today for the first time. I must say I was beyond satisfied and impressed. Ja’Nell was very responsive as soon as I reached about her services. After a walk through, Ja’Nell got back to me with a competitive bid. Both Ja’Nell and Tommie showed up today, on time and ready to work. I let them do their magic and I must say they went above and beyond. Tommie moved furniture to vacuum around, cleaned my blinds and windowsills and even made up beds! Ja’Nell paid close attention to all the little details, cleaned bathrooms like a champ and even wiped down areas I didn’t expect! I had the same house cleaner for the last 6 years who never touched some of the things Ja’Nell and Tommie cleaned today. My son came home and said his room looked so snazzy! I would highly recommend this awesome team! Can’t wait for them to clean again in two weeks!

I hired Janell the Queen of Clean to perform a one time whole house cleaning makeover. We have 5 cats, and my husband still smokes in the house, I gave up overwhelmed with the cat hair dirt, and general mess, and over time it got worse and worse. I looked on Thumbtack for a pro, I had to go with Janelle because her reviews were so good. She gave me an acceptable bid, for the work, but later I have to admit I started to doubt that anyone, could make any difference, in the one day she scheduled. My house was simply filthy. Today was the day, when I got home from work I was COMPLETELY AMAZED, I just kept looking all over the place where there had been dirt, hair cobwebs. and it was all cleaned. I have a lot of white stair rails in my home and they were all hand washed, bright white and clean as well as all of the doors, window panes, I could go on all night, about the quality of this work. I would be more than happy to give any verbal reccomendation you may need. The Quality is unsurpassed, and professionalism quite impressive, I already decided that I need to get this service every two weeks to keep my house in this shape, I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

It is the best interest of my clients and myself to do a thorough walk though of their property to see what their expectations are. I want to be as clear as possible on everything that they need.
