- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer routine service discounts and first time clean incentives. All of our cleanings include a hospital grade quaternary disinfectant EPA registered to kill viruses such as COVID-19. Our pricing is very competitive and all cleanings are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers can book the first cleaning on our website or over the phone. We accept all major credit cards. We offer a discount of $50-100 off the first cleaning for new customers. All cleanings include a two step home disinfection against viruses and pathogens.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have nearly 30 years of experience in the industry and hold numerous cleaning certifications including membership in ARCSI. Our office manager comes from a hospital background with home health care experience and blood borne pathogen training. All staff have completed an extensive training program designed around home disinfection and santization of modern surfaces. We use four stage HEPA filtration vacuums capable of trapping dust, allergens and viral particles instead of spewing pathogens back into the air. All of our wiping is done with microfiber cloths to trap dust and dirt, Our cleaning methods are built around a “top-to-bottom, left-to-right” approach. We start from the top and work our way down to the bottom in every room, always starting from left to right when we enter. Utilizing a systematic approach with how we start cleaning each room reduces errors and ensures we do it right the first time. We also use the latest time management techniques that eliminate backtracking.
