- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You should know that I do not charge by the hour. Depending on the size of your home & what type of cleaning you’d like will determine what the cost will be to clean your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to visit the home so I can give you a estimate before hand. I also would like to go over what day out of the week they’d like to be rescheduled & how often they’d like their home cleaned.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with many different people. Everyone wants something different. Majority of our clients want a bi weekly, or monthly cleaning service.
