Of the four companies I tried to get bids from Kiki is the only one that was willing to move the furniture to get to the base boards. They also did a walk through so they could give an accurate bid. When working with me they took into account that I had surgery the day before. They did a wonderful job and I am going to have them back for monthly maintenance. Their Pricing was very reasonable and they sent a three person crew which was needed. They know their business and even my neighbor was impressed with their work.
