Shawn arrived exactly on schedule. She worked industriously and pleasantly to take care of all our cleaning needs, one of which was to make spotless an oven full of grease left there by the previous owner. She left everything meticulously clean and shiny, even our floors, which are laminate and responded beautifully to her special floor-cleaning formula. Her fee, which she was clear about upfront, was very reasonable considering all she did. The Last Detail provides a first-rate service, and I plan to engage Shawn on a regular basis to keep our home in tiptop shape.
