I needed a Deep Cleaning. It had been a long time since my house has had a good cleaning. Family illness had taken my time and energy so the house had been ignored. I had planned a Gathering in remembrance of my husband who passed and I needed alot of deep cleaning and that's what they gave me. She never came. We had an appointment on Tuesday and she changed it to Saturday morning at 10:00. I was ok with that change. On Saturday at 9:30, she texted and said she was cancelling because she was behind. There was no offer to reschedule and no further communication.
