She did a good job asking questions to clarify my priorities and my cleaning needs as well as those things I preferred not disturbed. My floors shined beautifully and the stove and sink also sparked clean. She took care of my house and belongings. I hadShe arrived promptly at specified time, after having worked with me to find appropriate time of first cleaning. I was so very happy that I finally decided to hire a housecleaner. She and her colleague did so much well and efficiently.

As both Andrea and I looked at my brother's house, we realized that it hadn't been cleaned in years. Once the junk was cleared away, we could see that it was impossible to clean-up all of the dirt and grime. Even though it sure wasn't Andrea's "normal" cleaning job, she willingly worked with me to vacuum the living room - clean-up the bedroom - and gather up some of the mess. We made some progress with lots more to do. It is Andrea's willingness, along with her ability to communicate, that stand out to me as her real attributes.
