- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it all depends on the project and how much someone is wanting to invest into their property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time to meet to go over the project. After that, a quote will be sent out within 3 days. If the quote is accepted, we will then schedule a day to start. A 50% deposit is collected on the first day of working, with the remaining balance being installed after the project is completed. We will have the customer examine the project to get their approval and then signoff on all of the work. A receipt will then be sent to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Missouri State University and a Project Management certificate from Illinois State University. l have also been in this industry for over 16 years.
