Introduction: Hello there! My name is Thomas Blessing and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in St. Louis, MO. I am a graduate of the Healing Arts Center. I absolutely love what I do and I am very passionate about helping people feel their best.
I specialize in customizing each massage session to meet every individual client’s needs.
My services include Swedish & Deep-Tissue Massages as well as energy work/Reiki Sessions with Bio-mat included. I provide a peaceful and relaxing light touch massage to help melt away stress and elevate relaxation and clarity, as well as a deep tissue massage to release trigger points, relax tension knots, and eliminate scar tissue.
I also provide massages combined with the Biomat 7000mx. My Biomat provides an additional level of relaxation and healing that combines Far-Infrared Light, Negative Ions, and amethyst crystals. The Biomat is recognized as a medical device and is a viable treatment option for pain as well as other musculo-skeletal problems.
I also offer chair massages for clients that want a shorter, more convenient massage. These start at 15 minutes in length and are perfect to book for parties or for the office.

Thomas gave an excellent massage. After a brief consultation to ask me what I needed, he took in everything I told him and combined Swedish and Deep tissue techniques to provide a relaxing and therapeutic massage. He is very responsive and assured there was the right amount of pressure -- not too much or too little. Will book again.

I can't say enough about Thomas and the pain relief I get from his massages! I have been an RN for 16yrs but was in a car accident where I broke my neck less than a year ago. I am scheduled to have major reconstructive surgery in a month, BUT for the last 2 weeks I have experienced complete pain relief for 48 hours following my AMAZING massage! I am seriously considering CANCELING surgery!

This was one of the best massages I have ever gotten. In addition to his incredible intuition about what My body needed even on a first session, the bio mat that he had on his massage table helped me melt right into the table and de-stressed me before he even started his massage. I can still feel the effects several days later! I highly recommend this therapist.
