I have been working out with Sam for the past several months focusing on a combination of shredding fat and gaining muscle. I turned 40 this year and quickly noticed everything slowing from my energy levels to my metabolism. Sam has helped create a program that suits my work schedule that’s flexible but disciplined. We ran lab tests right away to identity several items my body doesn’t agree with and as soon as I started eliminating them, I felt better and noticed changes to my body. I’m sleeping better, more focused and my energy levels are through the roof. My confidence is also boosted and for the first time since my high school athlete days, I look forward to pool season. There are hundreds of apps available these days to create workout programs but nothing beats the one on one sessions I have with Sam as my “drill sergeant” ensuring I always squeeze out a few more reps and see how far I can push my body to exhaustion. We also started adding supplements to my diet as it’s difficult in the modern word to get balanced nutrition from food alone. The results have exceeded my expectations and recalibrated my life to make the next 40+ years the best version of myself. Thank you, Sam!!!
