Introduction
Bringing fitness to you! I offer professional and certified personal training in the comfort of your home, at work, outdoors, or private facility. My goal is to help you accomplish yours, whether that is increasing strength, burning fat or managing pain. Together we will make fitness a part of your lifestyle.
Other services include nutritional coaching, flexibility training, post physical therapy, cardiovascular conditioning, senior fitness, small group exercise and boot camps.
I aim to prioritize your needs and put together a program that most effectively gets you to where you want to be all for a reasonable price.
I am an NCSF and NCCPT certified personal trainer. I have a BA in psychology from Westminster College.

If you are worried about having a trainer come into your home, you are safe with Vince. He trains you well, challenges you each week, and sends you homework. I enjoyed working with him.

I've been working with Vince for a few weeks now and I have to say that I am loving it! He is helping me nurse a previous back injury back to health while still challenging my muscle strength and stimulating muscle growth. He is very personable and attentive. There are certainly personal trainers who only show up, train you, and leave but that is not Vince! He always happily answers my texts and keeps communication open between sessions.
Looking forward to seeing my results as the next few months progress and we keep working together.

Vince has been a great training partner for my husband and me. Although my husband and I have different fitness goals, Vince makes the workouts fit both our needs. He is great about providing modifications where needed, extra help and support if there are problem areas you want to focus on. He is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and everything ‘fitness’. I would definitely recommend him.

I bought some sessions with Vince for my mom. Vince has a great personality and has made my her feel comfortable exercising while recovering from some physical difficulties. My mom wants to train with Vince on a regular basis now. I think that speaks for itself!
