- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $80 for individual lessons and 30 dollars person for group lessons. Every time you book 5 lessons or more I will throw in a lesson for half price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We identify what the customer wants to work on, and I help them reach their goals through a step by step process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of teaching in schools and 12 years of coaching experience. I have 16 years of playing experience. I also have been a division 1 tennis coach for the last year.
