My husband and I were lucky enough to know Pastor Melrick as our friend before we asked him to officiate our wedding. He gave us the most heartfelt, tender, and personalized wedding ceremony. All of our family and friends still remark to us, now a year later, how amazing he was and how wonderful his words were on our special day. Pastor Melrick was available to answer any of our questions and also help counsel us before our marriage. Pastor Melrick was more than amazing. I met him when I was teaching in North City and he was the pastor of the area where I taught. We stayed connected and when I met the man of my dreams I knew that I had to have a man who valued the same things that I did. Pastor Melrick completely blew us away at the wedding. He talked about my journey (he followed me on fb) and he was able to incorporate my son into the ceremony. He was more than amazing. He was a God send.
