Was having trouble with my Internet connections to my alarm system, TV, Amazon Alexa, phone, etc. Had Springfield Technical Solutions come check out the problem. Jack did a great job figuring out the problem and even helped check security and privacy settings on my computer and a few other things as well. When I came out to look at your issue with your computer I realized that the previous company you used had broken it and I advised you to take it back to the original company to get warranty work done so that you wouldn't be paying twice.
