- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
rather than charging a trip charge, plus labor, I feel that charging an hourly rate plus parts if needed is better for both parties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will talk with them explain how pricing works then as they tell me the issue they have I come look and give an estimate and explain to them the problem and solution to the problem. I give options of what can be done and let the customer make the decision how to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my father was a tv repairman. I always had an interest in electronics. fixed my first radio at eight years old. after that I was hooked. I had to know how it worked.
