Introduction: *I do not accept insurance. I am self-pay. Offering REMOTE and LOCAL in Springfield, MO. I am a Mental Health Christian Coach. I hold a Masters Degree from Evangel University and Life Coaching Certification & Mental Health Coaching certification from American Association of Christian Counseling. I am able to see clients in person and virtually (virtual clients all over the US). I focus on empowerment, positive psychology, positive body image, and confidence. Another focus area is with cancer survivors who have completed treatment and are in post recovery. Cancer is hard and effects our whole lives. Living life after cancer comes with a lot of questions and how to move forward. I am an 8 year cancer survivor in remission myself. I focus on this all while guiding my clients in the Bible and focusing on how the Lord sees them and the truth of what the Bible tells us about ourselves. I see women and adolescents. I am happy to schedule a free 15 minute consult phone call to see if we would be a good fit for each other.

My experience with Kara was so helpful in the time we had. Kara was always willing to give me tools to apply in my life and the season that I was in. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each session is $100, but I can offer a discount if the client qualifies. I am self-pay so unfortunately right now I cannot take insurance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a client I make sure that they know they are being heard. In the first session we already will dig into a life assessment scale and find areas of unbalance and talk about what goals and things the client wants to work on. The client is in the drivers seat and I am guiding them and directing them but they are in control. I am on the journey along side them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in School Counseling. I have worked in the mental health field for over 4 years. I hold a certificate in Life Coaching from Light University through American Association of Christian Counseling.
