Rating for Dennis' work is actually somewhere between Good and Outstanding and I wasn't sure how to get 4 1/2 stars. Dennis' crew put a new roof on my barn and replaced some of the rotten wood as well as putting up guttering. Looks great. My house was built in the early 30's and definitely had problems. Started out with repairing the flat roof as had a "waterfall" inside one room and mold had developed on and behind paneling and ceiling. The roof repair was done and the rotten wood replaced and shouldn't have to worry about any leaks for the life of the house. The room that had the damage was another story. Took a lot longer than I thought it would. When the room was being repaired, found more rotten wood under windows as they had been installed improperly by another party back in 1994. The wood under the windows, and I have 11, was all rotted and had to be replaced. Dennis did a great job even though the job was extremely time consuming. New insulation was put in, windows properly installed and sealed and new siding all make my house like new. Dennis also redid my bathroom installing a skylight, new ceiling, bath surround and new sheetrock. Looks really great. The cost of repairs was in line for all the work he did as my house turned into a nightmare for all concerned, but Dennis did the job as if it was his own home. Did it right so I won't have to worry about windows falling out or mold or waterfalls in interior rooms. I would definitely recommend him for any job--he actually cares about doing a good job. Only complaint I had was at times not knowing when he was coming to work on the house and the time it took. The work was a big investment and more than I had planned on spending, but it was a good investment as I plan on staying in this home. With all the repairs, I know the house will be standing long after I'm gone.

Back in 2013 we lost my home due to a fire, complete loss. We hired Allstate Contracting to meet with the insurance adjuster and decide how to rebuild my home. Once everything was finalized with insurance company Allstate Contracting began with the complete cleanup from the fire to rebuilding our home and changed the original floorplan to what our familys present needs are. We are very happy and satisfied with all work and communication done by Allstate Contracting
