- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most projects, I have a standard hourly rate. All projects are prorated. For example, a lawn/project that takes 30 minutes would only cost 1/2 of the hourly rate. Repeat/recurrent customers receive discount. 20% discount for: -Seniors -Military -Mississippi State Hospital employees
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to provide the best possible quote, I would immediately travel to the property to assess the size and scope of the project. I would then quickly provide an estimate following a review of the customer's request.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Gather data and follow your intuition/heart. Find someone who feels honest, ethical, and joyful in their work. Whether you hire an individual pro or a company, find someone who you know will approach your yard/landscape project with you and your happiness fully in mind.
