FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
competitive pricing across the board on all of my jobs. I'm typically cheaper than most contractors bc I don't have a huge work force and big office payments. Their are no hidden fees on any jobs. I submit a proposal and it is all black and white. Unless we have unforseen circumstances and or the customer adds on additional work. Which at that point I will do a change order for that additional work to be done after the customers approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make contact with the customers and set up time and date to Come out and take measurements and see the project site and Also to meet the customer. After I get the information about the job I will submit a proposal to the customer and give them a start date as well as a estimate of time to complete the work they are having done. I typically ask to get paid in 3rds last check being paid upon completion of the work after the approval of the customer.
