Competitive Pricing for the area.
Due to amount of work I have my Thumbtack on pause a lot. So it really limits my stats and reviews. But I guarantee my workmanship.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Engagement with my customers: to understand project needs.
1. Review work to be done
2. Provide estimates within 24hrs and answer pquestions.
3. Upon hire Collect material $ only.
4. Upon project completion collect Labor fees.
I will never ask for full payment up front.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in different aspects of maintenance field since 1980 when i joined the A.F. In 1992, after I left the Air Force, I worked with a contractor for 2 years. In 1994 I worked at EDS, corporate work. 1999 moved to CA and started Interior/ Exterior Painting and move on to small remodeling. 2001 went back to work for Corporate as a Assistant Store Mgr for the Home Depot. 2012 went into the Property Management field and finished as a Maintenance Director in Columbus, MS. I have manged properties with up to 900 homes. From daily maintenance to Preventive Maintenance Ive seen ot all. I left the field in 2023 to open my business in Columbus MS. My life experiences qualify me in my business pursuits. My pictures attch'd show my workmanship. My wife works with me on certain jobs and is great with designing. We take pride in what we do and will work on your home like we would on our home. We beleive our home is our place of relaxation and, if you saw our back yard you would see it is our sanctuary.
I am EPA Certified and LLC.
