- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When gaining a new customer, I first like to introduce myself by telling them a little bit about myself and how I got into the profession. I am extremely adamant about getting to know my customers on a level to which we are comfortable with each other. I begin to learn their likes and dislikes in housekeeping, as well as in general. I am interested in pleasing them as my customer, however, I am pretty close with my clients. Sometimes my customers become more like friends, and that is important when allowing a housekeeper to come into your home. Trust is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is in Elementary Education, which really has nothing to do with housekeeping. I started cleaning houses as a side gig to have spending money while in college at Ole Miss. I have been in the residential housekeeping industry for almost 8 years now, so I am no stranger to how things operate. However, I always keep an open mind to new ideas and such, because everyone is different.
