- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we offer free onsite consultations, our pricing system addresses four main areas: 1) What condition is your property currently in? 2) Are you in our current service-route? 3) Will this be a one-time initial service or do you plan to be full-time client? 4) If so, how often would you like your property cared for? Each season we promote select services that the following can be applied to: A) Refer us to a friend for $10 off. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving a service inquiry from a new client, we follow up within a day or so to schedule a time that works best to meet with them to assess and walk their property. From that point, we compile a proposal based on services requested and submit it via email. Next, we contact them to discuss the proposal should we need to make any necessary changes. Finally we follow up to schedule the services requested within the manner of time agreed upon.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We require every professional that works with us to complete a mandatory safety training course. Upon receiving proper safety accreditation, we offer additional courses to our professionals where they can learn more about plant materials and soil types, equipment treatments, and different techniques to better care for each property. Aside from these courses, we continually seek to educate ourselves so we can always provide our clients with the best in quality services.
