FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am old school with manners. I say yes sir and yes ma'am. I open doors for people and say thank you and your welcome on a daily basis. I dont lie and if I have any doubts or concerns about any work a customer is wanting done they will be discussed before any work will be started. My prices are based on skill level needed per job. Any special equipment needed for services. Size of the crew needed per job. Safety involved per job. Garbage disposal and removal. I am very fair and everything will be discussed and agreed upon before any work will be performed. My main goal is that we all treat each other honest and fair and I am the one you call when you need an honest Handyman. Please feel free to tell your family and friends about me when they need a Helping Hand. I do give discounts to seniors and AMVETS who are on a fixed income. Nothing worse than needing something fixed and never being able to save enough $$ to fix it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication honesty and a little flexibility is everything. My background is also in production and assembly so I approach every job in the most productive way. I try to limit double handling and try to stay organized at all times.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took wood shop in 9th grade as well as drafting in 11th. I have several tools that I've accumulated over the years.
