- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both hourly and set prices, depending on your service needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to have a quick 10 min phone call to discuss the needs and expectations of the customer. Following that depending on the service we can either come to the customer's location or arrange a pickup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates Degree in Computer Science, as well as over 10 years working with Networks, End User Support, PC repair, and Audio/Visual setup.
